Noisefloor welcomes singer/songwriter, filmmaker, and writer Carly Glenn to the family. Carly has worked in production for almost 3 years and brings many talents to the table.

“Carly is a great fit for us. Her willingness to wear multiple hats and learn new skills is exactly what we were looking for,” says Noisefloor partner Cory Coken.

Aside from her work as a singer/songwriter, filmmaker, and writer, Carly interned at Quriosity Productions and was an associate at Beeline Reps, getting her into the Chicago advertising scene.

As a graduate of the Second City’s Conservatory and The Harold Ramis Film school, Carly has made several award winning short films as well. “We were looking for someone who has a good understanding of social media marketing as well as filmmaking and Carly brings both of those skills to us,” says Bryen Hensley, Noisefloor partner.

Carly also brings a lot of music skills to Noisefloor. With a BFA in musical theater from TheHartt School in Connecticut, creativity and performance are a big part of her makeup. “Noisefloor’s music department, as well as its post audio work in films, has continued to grow at a rapid pace the last few years and having someone who can speak the language and market those was something that was very important to us, and she will be a natural fit in those areas,” says owner Jamie Vanadia.

“Noisefloor works in so many different aspects of content creation; Commercials, Video Games, Corporate, B2B, and I am just so excited to jump in and get started on showing the world what we can do, not to mention, it is the best place for me to be, as it combines everything I love,” says Glenn.

2020 was a challenging year for everyone in industry, including Noisefloor. “We wanted to face those challenges head on, that is the Noisefloor way,” says Coken.

In July 2020, Noisefloor moved out of its longtime home on Erie Street and now has a new studio at 320 W. Ohio. “We are growing, and we needed more room for that expansion,” says Hensley.

“2021 will be a big year for us, we have lots of things in the works that the world will get to see soon, and Carly will have a big part in how that gets introduced,” says Vanadia.

Carly’s first day at Noisefloor was February 1st, and she has already made an impact taking over their Instagram account for a day and introducing herself. “Having someone who is solely focused on our marketing couldn’t be more important right now forus. We are excited to have Carly’s energy and creativity on the team and we are looking forward to having her here,” says Coken.
