Mill Chicago helps Kraft fans send “noods”

(Are you comfortable to send a nood?)

Today is National Noodle Day and who couldn’t use a “nood” you know? In the midst of navigating through the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, families and friends are looking for ways to offer love and comfort from a safe distance. For some, that may be sending flowers or a thoughtful card, but for real comfort, we know the best way to show your love is a noodie – Kraft Mac & Cheese noods that is.

So, for National Noodle Day, Kraft is giving away its iconic blue boxes of Mac & Cheese so you can send noods to your friends and family. Now through October 11th, you can send tasteful noods by visiting www.enjoynoods.com, or by responding to @kraftmacncheese on Twitter*.

A new : 60-second digital spot, to support the “noodment,” features former SNL performer Vanessa Bayer in a kitchen talking up the event. Watch below:

To send noods, applicants can complete the order form to send a free box of Kraft Mac & Cheese to someone they love, or a coupon to redeem for one free box at the local grocery, while supplies last.

“We’re all seeking the comforts of home and traditions that bring us together, like sharing a box of Kraft Mac & Cheese,” says Martina Davis, brand manager for Kraft Mac & Cheese, “We want to give fans the opportunity to send and share the cheesiest noods with their friends and family.

Bianca Guimaraes and Kevin Mulroy, co-executive creative directors at agency Mischief @ No Fixed Address, said: “As much as we all learned never to write puns in advertising, this actually came out of a real insight: in these uncomfortable times, people are reaching for more comfort food than ever. As we continue to find ways to stay connected, we thought it would be fun and mischievous to invite people to send noods, both solicited and unsolicited.”
