Fallout’s Walton Goggins stars in GoDaddy Super Bowl ad

GoDaddy Walton Goggins

Emmy-nominated actor Walton Goggins is stepping into the Super Bowl spotlight this year, not for a new role, but to share how GoDaddy helped him transform an offbeat idea into a thriving business. The ad, set to air during the Big Game on February 9, highlights the power of GoDaddy Airo, the company’s AI-powered platform designed to help small businesses get online and grow quickly.

Goggins, known for his standout performances in The Righteous Gemstones, The White Lotus, and Amazon’s Fallout, is no stranger to reinvention. But when he decided to launch Walton Goggins Goggle Glasses—a quirky, unisex glasses-meets-goggles brand—he needed help navigating the challenges of starting a business. Enter GoDaddy Airo.

“Starting a new business is never easy, but with GoDaddy Airo, that endeavor just became a whole lot easier,” said Goggins.

GoDaddy’s 30-second Super Bowl ad, created by Quality Meats and GoDaddy’s in-house team, will feature Goggins showcasing his goggle glasses brand and highlighting how GoDaddy Airo empowers small business owners. The ad marks GoDaddy’s return to the Super Bowl stage after an eight-year hiatus, reflecting its ongoing commitment to innovation and entrepreneurship. Watch the teasers below:

A Game-Changing Platform for Entrepreneurs

GoDaddy Airo leverages cutting-edge AI to help small business owners establish an online presence, drive traffic, and enhance social media engagement. With over 3 million customers already using the platform across 180 countries, GoDaddy Airo is quickly becoming a go-to resource for aspiring entrepreneurs.

“Many small business owners are experts at their craft but face challenges in launching and managing an online presence,” said GoDaddy CEO Aman Bhutani. “GoDaddy Airo bridges that gap. It’s thrilling to see it help Walton Goggins Goggle Glasses become a reality.”

With GoDaddy Airo, Goggins was able to design a logo, create and publish his website, craft social media copy, and streamline his e-commerce operations. Within an hour of going live, the online store received its first order. The unique eyewear line has since gained buzz from outlets like People, GQ, and The Hollywood Reporter, with Gizmodo calling it “The Most Unhinged and Impressive Fandom Collabs of 2024.”

The goggle-glasses hybrid debuted last year with five bold designs featuring UVA/UVB protection. Quirky, versatile, and unisex, the product aligns with Goggins’ distinctive style and persona.

“I’m proud of what we’ve created with Walton Goggins Goggle Glasses,” Goggins said. “This partnership with GoDaddy Airo helped me bring an idea to life in a way I never imagined possible.”

Goggins’ foray into entrepreneurship comes as his acting career continues to thrive. Currently filming the second season of Fallout for Amazon, he’s earned praise for his dual roles as “The Ghoul” and “Cooper Howard,” snagging an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series. He’s also set to appear in HBO Max’s highly anticipated third season of The White Lotus and the fourth season of The Righteous Gemstones.

Fans won’t have to wait long to see his latest work. Goggins lends his voice to the animated hit Invincible, returning February 6 on Amazon. Super Bowl LXI will air on Fox on February 9.
