This past week, Jennifer Hudson’s DNC performance touched the hearts of those watching. Set below the Tiffany dome in the beloved Chicago Cultural Center, she sang the perfect song: “A Change is going to come.”
The person behind the look of this moment was 25-year-old Chicago native Michael Aposotlos, owner of Fourline Creative.

About Michael Apostolos and Fourline
Michael Apostolos is the founder and lead creative at Fourline. His work has appeared on high profile award shows, late night and primetime TV. Michael creates sets for hot performers like Chance the Rapper, Maren Morris, Billie Eilish and Travis Scott. He recently created the look for Jennifer Hudson’s BET awards, and the CBS Primetime National Special honoring the late Congressman John Lewis. Michael was nominated for a Parnelli Award for Production Designer of the Year in 2018 for his work with Chance The Rapper.
