Stept adds Doug Stephen for their roster of directors

Integrated production house Stept Studios now has a new partnership with stalwart commercial representative Doug Stephen for their roster of directors.

Doug Stephen & Partners’ reputable list of clients includes creative editorial company Final Cut, production company Interrogate, and innovation-based production studio Unit 9. With a ‘relationships over sales’ repping philosophy, Stephen and his team have forged collaborations between their clients and brands like P&G, Burger King, Discover, and Arby’s, with agencies including Grey, Fallon, and Publicis.

In addition to Stephen, the team looking out for Stept’s directors includes fellow agent Taylor Powers, sales support by Ianni Grammatis, and Stefanie Wright in marketing.

“Doug has a deep knowledge of the midwest market, and we appreciate his strong point of view on how Stept’s offering can fit into the landscape,” says Nick Martini, Founder/CEO/Director at Stept. “Doug and Taylor’s vibe is well aligned with Stept, we all keep it real and work hard. We can’t wait to revamp our efforts in the midwest, and were excited for his killer team to represent us.”

“We’re all a bunch of artistic nerds in this business and the team at Stept is proof of that,” says Doug Stephen. “To me, there’s nothing better than making a beautiful connection and building a new relationship with someone – that’s what makes what we do so special. I love it. We’re ready to make some magic with Stept.”

Stept was previously repped by Ideal Partners in the Midwest.
