Power Book IV: Force crews were seen filming on location at Wrigley Mansion on Tuesday.

The Italian Renaissance-style mansion, also known as Theurrer-Wrigley House is a historic building located at 2466 N. Lakeview Ave in the Lincoln Park area of Chicago.

The house is over 15,000 square feet, including eleven bedrooms, six baths, a conservatory, a ballroom and a three-story coach house. Originally, the mansion was the home of Joseph Theurer, of the Schoenhofen Brewing Company, and purchased in 1911 by Chicago’s Wrigley family.

Crews were using a crane to rig lighting to shine through the upper story windows for interior filming.

Well into filming Season 2, the Power Book IV: Force series is one of the most active productions currently filming in Chicago. The production is often spotted filming exteriors, taking advantage of the diverse neighborhoods throughout the Chicago area.

When the original Power series ended there were three spin-off series, which included Power Book II: Ghost, and Power Book III: Raising Kanan. Power Book IV: Force, the 3rd installment in the Power franchise, premiered on February 6th, 2022 to record breaking viewership, making it one of the top rated shows for STARZ.

In Force, Tommy Egan (Joseph Sikora) makes his way out of New York with plans to head to Los Angeles, but a quick stop in Chicago turns into a new plan to stay and make a name for himself.

Sikora was born in Chicago and grew up in the Jefferson Park and Norwood Park neighborhoods. He graduated from Notre Dame College Prep and studied acting at Columbia College Chicago, where he received his MA in theater.

Although Sikora is nothing like his Force character, he is wildly popular as Tommy Egan, and is getting used to be called Tommy whenever he is seen in public.

Season 2 is expected to premiere on STARZ in February 2023.
