One Chicago releases new footage on the season premiere trailer

As we get closer to the long awaited premiere date for the One Chicago series, a new version of the season premiere trailer has been released with additional scenes from Chicago Fire, Chicago P.D. and Chicago Med.

All three shows left us with some serious cliffhangers in the finale last season.

One Chicago has released additional footage on their season premiere trailer that gives us a few more clues as to what we can expect from the first episode of the season.

We’ve already confirmed that Severide is back this season but we didn’t know exactly how and when he returns, and what to expect when he did. The new revised trailer reveals a new Chicago Fire scene as Kidd tells Severide, “I basically had to fly to Alabama, put you in handcuffs and drag you home,” to which Severide responds, “I’m here. We’re in this together.”

Chicago P.D. released further coverage on Ruzek’s condition. While rushing to the hospital, Burgess tells him, “You’re okay. Don’t worry, I’m not going anywhere,” suddenly an alarm goes off and he appears to flatline in the ambulance.

Chicago Med reveals more about the new, somewhat controversial, ED attending physician Dr Mitch Ripley, who has a past history with Dr Charles. The new young doc starts things off with a clear message, telling Charles, “I’m a physician at this hospital. Do not treat me like the boy you knew 20 years ago.”

The One Chicago Wednesday premiere is this week on January 17 on NBC and streaming the following day on Peacock. The One Chicago series is produced by Universal Television, a division of Universal Studio Group, in association with Wolf Entertainment. Filmed at Cinespace Chicago Film Studio.
