John Stachulski, VP Media Platforms and Data, Laughlin Constable

Laughlin Constable, an independent, creative agency, today announced the promotion of John Stachulski to Vice President of Media Platforms and Data, a newly created role within the agency. Stachulski previously held the position of Director of Programmatic Strategy.

With Stachulski’s guidance, Laughlin Constable’s programmatic offering witnessed a 200% growth in revenue during his tenure as Director. In his new role, Stachulski is charged with improving the overall quality and efficacy of media department data, while addressing the ongoing challenges in the media space and monetizing platform capabilities.

Stachulski will also work on defining key stages and associated processes for client data lifecycles. Laughlin Constable’s Media department will leverage these ongoing learnings to better inform media strategies, evolve implementation best practices and improve overall effectiveness of all paid digital media efforts.

“John’s forward-thinking approach to Laughlin Constable’s media data and technology is a huge differentiator for our team. He is consistently challenging himself and others to identify new solutions for data governance and a single view of the customer – to bring the agency and our client partners from now to next,” says Vanessa Watts, executive vice president-media for Laughlin Constable.

Stachulski started his career as a media planner at Laughlin Constable and later honed his expertise at other creative agencies, before returning to Laughlin Constable in 2018.

“I am excited for the opportunity to grow my role within Laughlin Constable’s Media department,” says Stachulski. “It’s a privilege to partner with a team who has a strong desire to learn, grow and adapt in an ever-changing industry, and I am grateful to be part of an agency that sees the value in investing in technology and data to power our work.”
