Laughlin Constable names Allison Henley-Kehm, SVP, Head of People and Culture

Laughlin Constable, the independent, full-service brand experiences agency, announced it has named Allison Henley-Kehm as SVP, Head of People and Culture. The position is an integral leadership role focused on the agency’s most valuable resource – its staff and the culture in which they work that drives strategy, creativity and results.

Henley-Kehm previously worked at Gorilla Group (acquired by Wunderman Thompson, now VML), Hitachi Consulting and most recently Upside. 

She began at Laughlin Constable in April 2024. The role is new in title and scope at the Midwest agency, which recently was named agency of record for national retailer True Value, and creative agency of record for leading supplement company Nordic Naturals, as well as won a 2024 Clio Award, Effie Award, and MediaPost Creative Media Award for its work with the national non-profit the ASPCA.
