Laughlin Constable has announced its selection as the Digital Agency of Record by Good Food Holdings, LLC.

The West Coast grocery conglomerate manages five upscale grocery brands: Bristol Farms, Metropolitan Market, Lazy Acres Natural Market, New Seasons Market, and New Leaf Community Markets. The LLC operates a total of 55 stores spanning the greater Portland and Seattle areas and the Southern California region.

Laughlin Constable’s Connected Experiences team will play a pivotal role in enhancing the digital landscape for each of Good Food Holdings’ individual grocery retail brands. The agency’s focus will encompass experience design, content strategy, and technology solutions, with the aim of creating personalized and engaging digital experiences across the company’s diverse portfolio of high-end grocery stores.

Scott DeGraeve, Chief Digital Officer at Good Food Holdings, expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration, stating, “Laughlin Constable fully embraced our vision to be a ‘personal experience brand’ and demonstrated a real passion and intimacy with our grocery brands from the very start of our conversations.”

The agency selection followed a competitive agency search initiated by Good Food Holdings in May, with Laughlin Constable emerging as the chosen partner in late September.

Alex Helfers, EVP and Head of Connected Experiences at Laughlin Constable, expressed excitement about the collaboration, stating, “We were excited and inspired by Good Food Holdings’ bold ambition to provide its customers with a truly modern grocery shopping experience, curated personally for them, across its entire digital ecosystem and physical store channels. We’re thrilled to be partnering with them to support that ambition.”

This partnership positions LC at the forefront of shaping the digital presence of Good Food Holdings’ diverse grocery brands, aligning with the conglomerate’s commitment to delivering modern and personalized grocery shopping experiences to its customers.

As both entities embark on this collaborative journey, the focus remains on creating innovative and immersive digital solutions that redefine the grocery retail landscape on the West Coast.
