North Shore Bank and AOR Laughlin Constable launch new campaign

Laughlin Constable, the independent, full-service brand experiences agency and its new client North Shore Bank announced the launch of the “Bank Your Best Life” campaign for the 100-year strong Wisconsin-based bank.

The campaign, launching Oct. 2, 2023, is the first work stemming from the partnership after Laughlin Constable was named the bank’s Agency of Record following a competitive review.

“As a community bank, we at North Shore Bank pride ourselves as being personally connected to our neighbors, and fully committed to delivering high-touch service, and the most trustworthy guidance in the market. Laughlin Constable genuinely understood what makes our brand special, and they demonstrated a clear passion for our business and a commitment to our success,” said Kate Johnson, VP Marketing for North Shore Bank. “Our new campaign is strategically smart and creatively bold, and it cuts right to the heart of what the people of eastern Wisconsin and northern Illinois want and need from their bank.”

The new digitally focused campaign conveys a playful, authentic and empathetic tone and shows what banking can deliver for customers of different generations, at various stages of their life. The campaign reinforces the brand promise that North Shore Bank is personally invested in finding solutions for customers during their lifetime of banking needs. From that first checking account sparked by a first paycheck, to a home equity line of credit that can deliver the dream of a home remodel, North Shore Bank is positioned as the right bank to help customers truly live their best life.

“We’re honored to add North Shore Bank to our client roster. Its customer-first philosophy and long track record of creating meaningful change in its communities aligns perfectly with our values and commitment to creating Personal Experience Brands,” said Anthony Romano, CEO of Laughlin Constable. “Kate and her team came to us with a meaty category challenge and equally big ambitions, and an openness to establishing a new, bolder voice and approach.”

North Shore Bank launched a competitive review in February 2023 and awarded the creative and media work to Laughlin Constable early this summer. The Laughlin Constable Public Relations team has been working with North Shore Bank for more than 20 years, and this win represents a significant expansion of that relationship.
