FCB today announced that “strategic powerhouse” Mollie Partesotti has been named Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of Chicago.
As the CSO, Partesotti will partner with FCB Chicago President Kelly Graves and Chief Creative Officer Andrés Ordóñez to evolve the agency’s strategic offering, deliver innovative and timeless ideas for clients across all disciplines, and cultivate a dynamic culture designed to support the growth and development of talent.
“Mollie is a strategic powerhouse who leads with empathy and passion,” said Graves. “She has an outstanding track record of building strong client relationships and fostering inclusive environments that drive creativity. Her hustle and Never Finished mentality have solved some of the toughest brand problems for the biggest companies in the world. We are so excited to see what we will accomplish together.”
An experienced leader, passionate about growing brands and diverse talent, Partesotti believes that good strategy should enable both creativity and effectiveness. “I’m honored to round out the Chicago leadership team and help the agency grow and flourish in its next chapter,” said Partesotti. “Kelly and Andrés are undoubtedly smart and charismatic. Their leadership and vision – coupled with FCB’s history, size, talent and momentum – are beyond impressive. I’m thrilled to join such an iconic agency.”
Partesotti joins FCB from MullenLowe where she drove significant growth in its Los Angeles office and led strategy for brands including Acura, Whole Foods Market, Grey Goose and Patrón. She is a highly awarded industry veteran, who previously held roles at Wieden+Kennedy, Crispin Porter + Bogusky and TBWA\Media Arts Lab, where she co-created the “Shot on iPhone” campaign and led strategy globally for Apple.
