Bespoke NY-based production company Easy Mondays has secured Sarah Gitersonke (SG&Partners) to represent the company in the Midwest. She joins an Easy Mondays sales team comprising Carl Forsberg and Justin Lasoff (Apostle) on the East Coast, and Marta Burga, who handles sales for the Hispanic market. The company is overseen by Founder/Executive Producer Asori Soto.
“Adding Sarah to our team had an immediate impact on the evolution of Easy Mondays,” said Soto. “She opened the doors for all of us to the great creativity coming out of the Midwest. Her vision and passion go in hand with Easy Monday’s values, making her an ideal member of our family. And hey, it’s not every day that you get to shoot a spot with a celebrity Kodiak bear. That’s the kind of magic that SG keeps up her sleeve!”
Of her new client, Gitersonke said, “I’m so thrilled to add Easy Mondays to the SG roster. As soon as I met with Asori, I knew he had an eye for talent. He has curated a roster of directors who have a phenomenal story-telling capability and the type of cinematic approach that’s as gorgeous as it is entertaining.”
Gitersonke’s first project since coming on board is the new campaign for Tax Act, created via Hawkeye Agency/Chicago, and directed by Luis Gerard (one spot features the aforementioned Kodiak bear).
“Within weeks of working together, we were awarded the project for Tax Act and bidding half a dozen others,” Gitersonke enthused. “I can’t wait to see what Easy Mondays has in store for us in 2021. I already know my Midwest clients are loving what they have to offer.”
The Easy Mondays roster boasts an eclectic mix of comedy (from all-embracing to zany), storytelling, live action, documentary, VFX, and tabletop, General Market and Hispanic Market, united in its cultural diversity and the distinct imprint of each director and team: Biceps, Sebastian Caporelli, Luis Gerard, Matt Hranek, Kristian Mercado, Plastico, Maca Rubio, Tomat, Nes Buzzalino, and Yann Malka.
