Firehouse 51 is welcoming a new firefighter. Actor Da’Vinchi has joined the cast of NBC’s Chicago Fire as a series regular for the upcoming 15th season, bringing a new face to one of television’s longest-running dramas filmed in Chicago.

Da’Vinchi’s character, Marcus Burke, is a firefighter candidate assigned to Firehouse 51. Burke is described as roguish and funny, with a dry sense of humor and a slightly rebellious streak. His arrival is expected to introduce a new dynamic as he works to earn his place alongside the firefighters and paramedics of Firehouse 51.

The actor is best known for portraying Darnell Hayes on All American and Terry “Southwest T” Flenory on the Starz drama BMF. His television credits also include Grown-ishThe Boys and the Warner Bros. film The Way Back opposite Ben Affleck.
