The official filming start dates are set for the new season of the One Chicago franchise.
Our cast and crew are back and preparing for the first day of filming next week. Chicago Fire begins on Tuesday, July 19. Chicago P.D. and Chicago Med begin filming Wednesday, July 20.
Last season Chicago Med, P.D., and Fire kept viewers glued to their seats every Wednesday night and left us with a few mind boggling cliffhangers.
Chicago Med left us wondering if Dr. Will Halstead (Nick Gehlfuss) and Dr. Dylan Scott (Guy Lockard) will survive being trapped in a fire. Chicago Fire left us wondering who’s the mysterious man stalking newlyweds Severide (Taylor Kinney) and Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) outside of their honeymoon cabin retreat, and P.D. left Voight (Jason Beghe) grappling with the aftermath of Anna’s (Carmela Zumbado) death.
We enjoyed a wedding on a boat on Chicago Fire, and a pretty incredible action sequence with a car flying into the Chicago River on Chicago P.D.. We can’t wait to see what’s in store for us next season!

The good news is, all of our heroes are returning next week as Chicago Fire begins filming season 11, Chicago P.D. begins filming season 10, and Chicago Med begins filming season 8.
As confirmed by NBC, the Dick Wolf, One Chicago series will kick off their season premieres on Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2022, keeping their primetime #1 foothold for the night with Chicago Med at 8/7c, Chicago Fire at 9/8c, and Chicago P.D. at 10/9c.
