9Rooftops recently welcomed Tim Woitkun as the company’s Group Media Director. Woitkun is responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and assessment of digital media strategies for Cogniscient Media clients such as the Maryland Lottery, Pennsylvania Lottery, Glanbia Performance Nutrition, and Qdoba.

Cogniscient Media, a 9Rooftops brand, applies the best of decision science, data, innovation, and creativity to provide these and other clients with true business-building media solutions. Under the direction of Woitkun, the growing team of digital media planners and buyers will work with cross-discipline 9Rooftops teams to unearth actionable consumer insights to inform ultra-relevant stories served at the right time, right place, and to the right person.

“In my time with Cogniscient Media thus far, I’ve found the team’s pure understanding of how consumers think, feel and act is a real game changer, project after project. Prior to joining the Cogniscient Media team, Woitkun was responsible for managing all marketing and team-related facets of Lupoli Companies, a mixed-used real estate company. As VP of Marketing, he directed digital marketing, graphic design, creative, social media, communications, public relations, and analysis efforts.

Earlier in his career, Woitkun served as VP of Digital Strategy & Marketing with Havas Media Group. In this role, he managed major B2C client accounts such as McDonalds, Chiquita, NFL, Titleist, Bob’s Furniture, Tracfone, and Fidelity to name a few.
