The 20th annual Wizard World Comic Con will waive its magical wand of storytelling, fantasy, and sci-fi at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont from August 23-26, 2018. The pop-culture convention hosted by Wizard Entertainment will feature movie and TV celebrities, comic book creators, and memorabilia dealers.

Former Chicago resident Nichelle Nichols (Uhura in Star Trek) is excited to return to the place where her entertainment career began as a teenager.

“It’s great to come home with people I love,” she says. “I still have a lot of family in Chicago, and my sister is coming with me to help out at the show!”
