Upshot Agency and Corona have partnered to launch the Corona de Mayo campaign during this year’s Cinco de Mayo celebration. The campaign promises to elevate the Cinco celebration for consumers 21 years old and older across the nation with its new digital experience, Cinco Roulette.
Starting April 1, consumers have the opportunity to win a range of curated party-starters, including Uber rides or Uber Eats, taco tabs paid via Cash App, and Instacart, by spinning the Cinco Roulette wheel.
To participate, customers scan QR codes or engage with social ads that lead them to a branded microsite for a chance to win weekly prizes through May 5, 2023.
The campaign includes 360-degree marketing support and features a robust national TV presence with high-profile appearances during the NFL Draft, non-live sports events, and cable entertainment. Additionally, social and digital support during the Cinco de Mayo holiday provides always-on engagement opportunities at consumers’ fingertips.
Partnerships with Uber, Cash App, and Instacart ensure consumers can celebrate the holidays with safe and reliable transportation to their favorite bars and restaurants, as well as offer the chance to cover rounds for their friends.
