MK Films has announced the addition of accomplished tabletop director Todd Klein to its roster.
Klein (no relation to original MK founder Mark Klein) adds another layer to the MK roster. With an eye for extreme detail, he is an invaluable resource for clients looking to feature particular aspects of their products. He specializes in tastefully styled foods, liquids and high-speed cinematography.
Conagra, Coca-Cola, and Anheuser-Busch are just a few of the national brands that have relied on Klein’s expertise.

The move is part of an ongoing expansion by MK Films’ and current owner / director Darren Weninger that already included the additions of director Justin Hayward and still photographer David Raine to the roster in 2018.
As an experienced live action director and DP, Hayward’s expertise creates new possibilities for brands to tell their story through live action or combined with tabletop. Raine was added for stand-alone photography services or commercial projects that require both motion and still components simultaneously.
“While MK Film’s roots are in tabletop production, the ability to shoot live action, tabletop and still images in tandem allows for a more holistic approach to each project. Clients know we can execute on many levels here at our new studios, which saves time and money… both of which are in short supply in today’s advertising world,” says Executive Producer Joe Mosko.
“By expanding our roster and technical capabilities, we can better adapt to the demands of a changing industry,” notes Mosko, referring to the company’s acquisition of a KIRA highspeed motion control robot earlier this year. “Each step we take to grow complements our current offerings, which means we can say yes to more projects. We’re excited to see where that takes us this year.”
