JAMM, the independently owned, artist-driven visual effects studio based in Culver City, wanted to expand their reach into the Midwest and felt The House of Representatives (THOR), based in Chicago, was the best team to provide that visibility.
THOR is headed by founder Robert Mueller along with his Detroit based rep Joanna Miller and their Chicago based marketing team.
This will be the start of THOR’s VFX division.
JAMM, founded by established industry veterans Asher Edwards, Jake Montgomery, and Andy Boyd, notably already works with some of the top agencies on the Coasts so it was crucial for them to partner with such a well known team to be successful.
THOR represents a diverse group of Directors, Editors, and Artists for episodic, commercial film, digital and experimental work. The firm’s roster included: RSA Films, Object & Animal, Ruckus Films, Native Content, Station Film, Knucklehead, Wild Gift, Monument, Harvest, Cut+Run, and Jamm VFX.
