company’s first
full-time editor
After freelancing for several years, Talia Pasqua has found a home for her versatility and emotive touch at Picture North. As the company’s first full-time editor, she represents a significant landmark in Picture North’s history.
Executive producers Martin Rodahl and Neha Datt Schultz acted quickly to bring her into the fold when client demands for soup-to-nuts solutions increased.
Since then, Talia has flourished, completing scripted and unscripted projects for clients ranging from giants like Intuit (creators of Quickbooks, Turbotax) to start-ups like clothing brand Monica + Andy.

According to executive producer Martin Rodahl, the advantages of Pasqua’s talent and personality extend far beyond the daily routine at the office.
“We’ve needed someone like Talia for a long time, and now we finally got her,” says executive producer Martin Rodahl. “In addition to her creative sensibilities, Talia brings greater stability to Picture North’s post production flow. If agencies and clients want us involved with the edit, we can provide a solution that transitions super smoothly from production and ensures that the vision is carried out to the last frame.”
Working in tandem with producer Michael Nowicki, Talia will primarily be based in Picture North’s Chicago office. She also travels with the production department if her services are needed on set, which has been known to happen on when the company handles exotic jobs.
