
Stone Ward Managing Partner Tom Lillig has been elected to the AMIN Americas board, joining advertising leaders from across the region to help guide initiatives for the global independent agency network.
The agency is a member of The Advertising & Marketing Independent Network, or AMIN Worldwide, which includes 68 independent agencies across 31 countries. The network gives member agencies access to specialized expertise, local market knowledge and collaborative resources around the world.
As a board member, Lillig will help shape programs designed to strengthen the organization and create additional value for member agencies and their clients.
“Tom embodies our belief that business can be a force for good,” said Stone Ward President Millie Ward. “His collaborative leadership and commitment to helping people and organizations grow make him a valued contributor to AMIN while advancing Stone Ward’s Building Good mission.”

Lillig serves as managing partner of Stone Ward’s Chicago office, where he works with purpose-driven brands focused on building customer trust and driving business growth.
His experience spans national and global campaigns for consumer brands, nonprofit organizations and public-sector clients. His work has also earned national recognition, including a Gold Effie Award.
“Independent agencies are at their best when they share what they know and challenge one another to think bigger,” Lillig said. “I’m honored to join the AMIN Americas Board and help build stronger connections across the network so member agencies can continue evolving and competing at a high level.”
Beyond advertising, Lillig is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and is also an author, speaker and nonprofit leader.
His book, What’s Within You: Your Roadmap to Living Life with No Barriers, received endorsements from Jane Goodall, Bob Woodruff, Rudy Ruettiger and other notable leaders.
Lillig also spent 17 years as board president of No Barriers USA, helping guide the nonprofit as it worked to empower people to overcome obstacles and realize their potential.
