Sheppard Pratt, the nation’s largest private, nonprofit provider of mental health, substance use, special education, development disability and social services aims to raise awareness of its premier residential treatment program, The Retreat by Sheppard Pratt, in partnership with Midwest creative agency Laughlin Constable.
The agency, The Retreat’s agency of record as of Jan. 2022, has created a new marketing campaign, including creative and media support that launched this week.
Laughlin Constable has created the campaign “This is your time. This is your team.” aimed at telling the brand’s story while communicating barriers that may prevent prospects from taking the next step for treatment, according to the agency’s research with Sheppard Pratt. This includes messaging around treatment specifics, a warm environment and the benefits of being away from home to heal.

The agency uses “This is your time. This is your team.” to highlight The Retreat’s unique doctor-to-patient ratio, and focus on experienced staff, the wide-range of proven approaches like acupuncture, music therapy, rock climbing and more, The Retreat’s open-door campus, and emphasis on connection.
