R/GA Chicago adds six to 75-person office

R/GA Chicago is adding a range of new talent to its office with the hires of six new employees with experience in visual design, finance, technology, campaigns, media, and production.

These new team members are part of R/GA’s 75-person office working across growing product and services, and campaign production needs to help such clients as PepsiCo, Constellation Brands, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and Chicago Beyond as they focus on complex business challenges.

The new employees include:

Senior Financial Analyst, Hannah Gargulak will support the R/GA Chicago leadership team to analyze and forecast the business success of the office. In addition to this, Gargulak will play an integral part in monitoring and reporting the financial health of all client projects. Previously, Gargulak held a financial analyst position at The Chicago Tribune and accountant role at Schwarz Supply Source.

Bryan Haupt joins as a senior art director from DigitasLBi/Chicago. In this role, Haupt will use his passion of visual identity and art direction to create purposeful campaign work for R/GA Chicago’s portfolio of clients. His other agency experience consisted of time at Digitas Chicago.

As Senior Bid Manager, Josephine Holmes will support R/GA Chicago’s media team to manage paid social strategy for Corona and Pepsi Water+ clients specifically. Prior to R/GA, Holmes was an account supervisor at Resolution Media. Her other experience has included digital, programmatic and social strategy at companies TubeMogul in Chicago, as well as Beamly, Bright Fox Media and Unruly Media in New York.

Justin Lake returns to R/GA Chicago as an associate creative director, copy. In this role, Lake will focus on crafting creative ideas that combine design with the latest in technology to drive business results for the office’s growing portfolio of clients. Lake has also held creative roles at VML in Kansas City and Cramer-Krasselt in Chicago, and was a 2015 U.S. Young Lions winner in the Cyber category.

As Media Producer, Aurora O’Bryan will work with R/GA Chicago’s media team to determine the best mix of digital channels to creatively foster brand loyalty. To do this, O’Bryan and her team will use data as a driver to build strategies, systems and manage media programs tailored to key audiences. Prior to R/GA Chicago, O’Bryan spent time at Kelly Scott Madison and SpaceTime Media in Chicago.

Nathan Pulcher joined R/GA Chicago as a recent graduate from the University of Texas at Austin. As an Assistant Media Planner, Pulcher will support the broader media team to develop digital media campaigns across Google and social platforms, as well as use data to track the success of each client campaign and marketplace trends. While in school, Pulcher held a media intern role at Y&R Austin.
