It’s St. Patrick’s Day. You’re in Chicago. Does it really matter what percentage of Irish you have running through your blood? Uh No. Word is St. Patrick wasn’t even Irish!

Wear green. Drink green. Check out the green river. Watch the parade. Bar crawl. Corned Beef and Cabbage anyone? Oh and if you really want to celebrate. Check out what’s going on today at these venues.

SKYDECK CHICAGO

Visit Skydeck Chicago, the thrilling observation deck at Willis Tower, on Friday, March 17 to enjoy performances by the Trinity Irish Dancers and a traditional Bagpiper from 11:30am to 2pm, 1,353 feet above the city. The attraction recently underwent an extensive redevelopment, which encompasses the attraction’s lower level, delivering a brand-new interactive museum that celebrates the unique personality, history, neighborhoods, and sites of Chicago.

But who am I kidding. If you are a real Irish-them/they you’ve been drinking green beer for several days, since the genuine celebration of St. Patrick’s Day kicked off on March 12th on the south side of Chicago.
