Quality Meats bolsters leadership team with ten hires

Independent creative agency Quality Meats has announced the appointment of ten senior executives across various departments including creative, strategy, account management, and production.

The agency, experiencing explosive growth, saw a staggering 450% increase over the past year, attributed to its continued work with clients such as Kimberly-Clark brands Huggies and Viva, Regal, Marquee Sports Network, SAXX Underwear, Olliv, DoorDash, and Bioré.

Gordy Sang, co-founder & co-CCO of Quality Meats, remarked on the agency’s virtual model, stating, “This past year we have really reaped the benefits of being a 100% virtual agency. As we have been on the search for the right humans with that Quality Meats spirit, we’ve been able to tap some of the most talented humans in the industry, from Brooklyn to LA to Indiana to Miami.”

The newly appointed senior executives are as follows:

  1. Autumn Childress, Head of Production: Formerly an executive producer with the agency, Autumn will oversee all production aspects, ensuring Quality Meats’ creative visions come to fruition.
  2. Dennis Kung & Steph Cajucom, Group Creative Directors: This dynamic duo joins Quality Meats after serving as a creative team at Translation, bringing with them exceptional creative skills and a strong team dynamic.
  3. Joe Burns, Group Strategy Director: Joe, with a robust background in communications and a proven track record in new business development, joins from BBH USA to lead day-to-day strategy operations and support new business endeavors.
  4. Emma Delorm, Group Account Director: With experience from Wunderman Thompson, Emma brings a sense of calm and humor to her role, overseeing client accounts.
  5. Colleen Vail, Account Director: Colleen, previously with Offsite Agency, will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations for several Quality Meats clients, including Kimberly-Clark brand Viva paper towels.
  6. Karina Azevedo, Senior Strategist: Karina’s expertise in strategy and social gained from her time at Deutsch LA will enhance creativity across the agency.
  7. Hannah Berling, Senior Art Director: Hannah, previously freelancing for Quality Meats, brings her unique creativity to the agency, having previously worked as an art director at Mischief @ No Fixed Address.
  8. Scott Behrens, Senior Copywriter: With experience from Chiat and Wieden, Scott returns to Quality Meats to leverage his knack for impactful messaging alongside his partner Hannah.
  9. Gustavo Feria, Account Supervisor: Coming from BSSP, Gustavo’s positive attitude and commitment to excellence will bolster the Account team.
  10. Brian Siedband, Co-founder & Co-CCO: Reflecting on the agency’s growth, Brian expressed pride in the team’s progress, emphasizing the agency’s commitment to quality over quantity.
