ProGear has been evaluating the next steps to ensure the safe and proper way to re-open for business, and they would like to share this plan with you.
ProGear will re-open in a phased manner to reflect the market demands while keeping in mind the health restrictions still in place. The re-opening phases include:
Step 1: Starting May 1st through May 15th, ProGear will be available by appointment only for curbside pick-ups and returns using our garage door entrance. We will make every attempt to accommodate your specific needs.
Step 2: May 18th through the end of May, ProGear will be open for business from 8am to 1pm daily. During this time we will have curbside pick-up and return using our garage door entrance. If you must come into the building, you will be required to wear a mask and gloves. We will load your vehicle at pick-up and offload upon return. Deliveries and pick-ups will be done by a third party messenger service only and at the standard rate.
Step 3: From June 1st onward, ProGear will return to its normal business hours of 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday. We will continue to provide curbside pick-ups and returns until the state or city lifts those requirements.

As part of our commitment to you, we will work diligently to clean and sanitize all gear before and after ALL rentals. Given our large inventory, we will rotate recently rented equipment out of use for a minimum of 3 days after sanitizing whenever possible.
We believe that with this plan, we are best keeping to the spirit of the business restrictions that are currently in place as well as upholding our commitment to provide you with sanitized gear and a safe environment to do business.
