PRODUCTION CENTRAL

STORY’S BIGGEST JOB EVER, says executive producer Mark Androw, is a two-country shoot for one of the Big Four automakers, whose name or car model he could not disclose.

However, Androwsaid, “This job is the biggest we’ve ever produced in terms of number of days and dollar amount.”

Directed by Story’s L.A.-based Scott McCullough, half of the 23-day shoot took place in L.A. and the remaining scenes will be filmed in Buenos Aires next week. Androw leaves Friday for Argentina.

ON LOCATION: “Scenes” for “The Tower,” a CBS pilot about a newspaper located in a tower building, like the Tribune, shoots for two days and then returns to Canada. If greenlighted, Chicago scenes would be picked up quarterly by second unit crews a la “ER.”

On the commercial side: Kinka Usher’s L.A. House of Usher shoots for State Farm/Leo Burnett on locations on the back side of Wrigley Field and Logan Square ? Fluid Content of Oak Park has a three-day shoot for the Illinois Lottery/R.J. Dale.

TOWERS PRODUCTIONS is in development of a new, half-hour reality TV series, “It Takes a Parent,” featuring Betsy Hart, syndicated columnist and talk radio host and single mother of four young children. The show will follow Hart from her radio show into the homes of real families, where she will wade into conflict in her bid to help parents “get their kids back.”
