Oscar-nominated, Diane Quon on IFA Executive Talks

Oscar-nominated Producer, Diane Quon

Angie Gaffney, Executive Director of the IFA wants to hear from you.

As we all know, visual storytelling is a powerful medium in which to delve into diverse experiences that enrich, enlighten and provoke empathy. And with your invaluable input, the IFA is taking a hard look at what Chicago’s independent content community needs to tell those stories and sustain a career.

Over the course of the next couple of months, they plan to send out several surveys to get your feedback. This first one is geared towards producers.

Take the Chicago Producer’s Survey here.

IFA Chicago believes in an industry where local production companies have the expertise and financing they need to regularly produce well-funded films. Where crew members can sustain a living working on feature films OR television. Where quality independent content has a pipeline necessary to elevate it, and where artists are plugged-into and supported by industry professionals without having to leave Chicago: Where decisions on what stories to tell and how to tell them are made here.
