New audio studio for Foundation Content

FOUNDATION CONTENT is in the process of adding its first state-of-the-art sound design and mixing studio to its Streeterville facilities. Staff audio engineer Ryan Prybil is designing and overseeing the studio operation.

Prybil said the studio will be equipped with Steinberg Nuendo, the advanced cross-platform system for audio post, studio production and live recording that is widely used in Los Angeles and Nashville.

The build-out will be completed by the end of the year, said Prybil, who joined the production/post company from RDS. After graduating Columbia College in 2002, he joined Avenue Edit where he had worked until the company closed last November.

Prybil is also an IT specialist and will maintain extensive editing, graphics and visual effects systems. With the studio is completed, said Foundation co-president Samantha Hart, “There will be virtually nothing we cannot provide to our clients in-house, from concept to completion.”
