Marvel releases 2nd and final trailer for Ironheart

Ironheart

Looks like Marvel finally remembered Ironheart is dropping in just over two weeks. The studio released a brand-new trailer today for its Black Panther: Wakanda Forever spinoff—and yes, it’s giving us science, sorcery, and a sassy new AI.

Riri Williams (Dominique Thorne) is back in Chicago, but this time she’s not just welding tech—she’s mixing it with magic. The result? A suit that fuses Wakandan brilliance with something more…mystical. Cue the glowing runes, levitating parts, and a build sequence that would make Tony Stark raise an eyebrow.

Gone is Tony’s AI mentorship from the comics. Instead, Riri’s new digital co-pilot is N.A.T.A.L.I.E., based on her late best friend Natalie Washington. The trailer gives us our first look (and listen) at the AI, hinting at a more personal—and emotional—core to Riri’s journey.

Also making a dramatic entrance: Anthony Ramos as The Hood, serving up demonic vibes and possibly tapping into Dormammu’s powers (not Mephisto, sorry Twitter conspiracy theorists). The visual FX are giving MCU-plus, and there’s enough cloak action to make Doctor Strange jealous. Watch below:

Dominique Thorne recently revealed that Robert Downey Jr. gave her a literal thumbs up after wrapping. “It’s really reassuring to know you’re not embarrassing Iron Man,” she said. We agree.

The series premieres June 24 on Disney+ with a three-episode drop—unusual for Marvel and a possible sign they’re speeding through this one. But based on the trailer, Ironheart might just be the MCU’s next breakout.

Starring Lyric Ross, Alden Ehrenreich, Regan Aliyah, Manny Montana, Matthew Elam, and Anji White, with Sam Bailey and Angela Barnes behind the camera, and Chinaka Hodge serving as head writer and EP.
