Lorenc’s festival best comedy is the lone local selection in Polish Film Festival in America

WOJCIECH LORENC’S short “And Now A Word From Our Sponsors” is the sole local film to be screened in the Polish Film Festival in America, the world’s largest Polish film fest.

It’s a comedy about a young man’s desperate quest for a condom. Scott Antonucci and Laura Orrico star. Lorenc wrote the script with producers Shane English and Jennifer Niemeyer. English shot.

“And Now a Word From Our Sponsors” has been accepted to 50 festivals in 11 countries. It won best international short at the Calgary Fringe Festival, best foreign film at England’s Portobello Film Festival, best short at the South Padre Island Film Festival, and action/adventure winner at the PEC Independent Film Festival.
