Leo Burnett has announced the appointment of Samantha Cescau as its new Head of Strategy. Samantha will be based at the agency’s Chicago headquarters and will report to Gareth Goodall, Chief Strategy Officer of Publicis Creative US.
Samantha joins Leo Burnett Chicago from TBWA\Chiat\Day, where she held the position of Head of Strategy. In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing the agency’s strategy department, ensuring the consistent delivery of creative work driven by insightful strategy for clients such as Kellogg’s, Dunkin’, and Beam Suntory.

In addition to Cescau’s appointment, the agency has also named Nick Howard and Nick Stoner as Senior Vice Presidents and Creative Directors. This award-winning creative duo, who recently joined the agency from Wieden+Kennedy, will play a key role in shaping the creative direction and vision for Leo Burnett’s clients. Their creative leadership for Clash of the Clans’ “Clash of the Past” campaign earned them two Grand Prix awards at Cannes.
