Laughlin Constable is a “Top Workplace”

Hot off being named by Crain’s Chicago (and reported here) as one Chicago’s “Top 100 places to Work,” Laughlin Constable has done it again.

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel has included the independent agency on this year’s “Top Workplace” list, the centerpiece of a program designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places to work in Milwaukee.

Employers were measured on several qualities such as leadership, career opportunities, workplace flexibility, compensation and benefits, and the impact company policies have on employees’ innovation, productivity and morale.

For 2018, 247 organizations agreed to have their employees take the survey. Of the workers who received questionnaires, 62,071 responded and only 150 companies were named winners.
