This is tasty. On November 19, 2020, Provence Rosé Group (PRG) will present “A Perfect Pairing,” a special virtual Thanksgiving and rosé wine event featuring Food & Wine Magazine’s 2018 Sommelier of the Year and Chicago’s Jon McDaniel and renowned chef Wolfgang Puck. The announcement was made today by PRG CEO Bob Gaudreau.
Live from the kitchen of WP Test Kitchen at the Pacific Design Center in Los Angeles, Chef Puck will demonstrate his favorite traditional Thanksgiving recipes with Jon McDaniel offering up the top rosé pairings by Château de Berne, a top winery located in the South of France.
Chef Puck will be preparing an elaborate menu that includes Roasted Turkey with Sage Butter Gravy, Cranberries, Chestnuts & Cabbage, Bread Pudding Stuffing with Sausage, Honey Roasted Carrots, Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Brussel Sprouts, Apple & Pecan Pie and Crème Brûlée.
