This is tasty. On November 19, 2020, Provence Rosé Group (PRG) will present “A Perfect Pairing,” a special virtual Thanksgiving and rosé wine event featuring Food & Wine Magazine’s 2018 Sommelier of the Year and Chicago’s Jon McDaniel and renowned chef Wolfgang Puck. The announcement was made today by PRG CEO Bob Gaudreau.
Live from the kitchen of WP Test Kitchen at the Pacific Design Center in Los Angeles, Chef Puck will demonstrate his favorite traditional Thanksgiving recipes with Jon McDaniel offering up the top rosé pairings by Château de Berne, a top winery located in the South of France.
Chef Puck will be preparing an elaborate menu that includes Roasted Turkey with Sage Butter Gravy, Cranberries, Chestnuts & Cabbage, Bread Pudding Stuffing with Sausage, Honey Roasted Carrots, Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Brussel Sprouts, Apple & Pecan Pie and Crème Brûlée. Some of the recipes will even incorporate the rosé wines, such as the stuffing, honey roasted carrots and crème brûlée. Chef Puck would also be able to provide some of the recipes as well for online.
The Thanksgiving-themed event will air virtually on Thursday, November 19, 2020 online on various channels including Château de Berne’s official Website and Facebook page, Jon McDaniel’s Facebook page, and others. Watch below:

Jon McDaniel is the founder and CEO of Second City Soil, a Chicago-based wine consultancy with the mission of growing Chicago’s wine culture through winery and restaurant marketing and educational partnerships.
