New to Stage 18 space, Angie Gaffney’s Media and Entertainment incubator located at Cinespace, is Justin Jackola’s JJack Productions and it’s knee deep in production and development.

In production is the “Words of Wisdom Project,” a YouTube webseries based on 5-minute interviews with seniors over 65 who share their wisdom. Thirty interviews were captured at this summer’s Senior Lifestyle Expo in Oak Brook of which 18 have been posted to do.

“They shared their ideas on the meaning of life, which we edited into five-minute episodes and have posted 18 of them so far,” Jackola says.

Jackola coproduces with David Voitik, founder of Legend Creative Group Lake Zurich. Jackola onducted the interviews and Voitik did the camera work and shared the editing.

His reality show in development, “Free Model It,” is a half hour home remodeling show in which homeowners compete to see who can best design the space with materials and furnishings they find for free on the internet.

Jackola is working on the show with LA-based Conveyor Media, formed by former Wilshire Studios studio executives to produce unscripted content.

On JJack’s staff are editor Ray Martindale, associate producer Danny Crook, who does a lot of the company’s shooting, and assistant producer Ryan Rayfield.
