The Mill announced today that Jenny Lumpkin has joined their Chicago studio as Executive Producer.

Lumpkin arrives at The Mill after spending the last seven years at Quriosity Productions, a Chicago-based production company. Jenny’s reputation in the Midwest market precedes her. Having worked with brands like Chevrolet, McDonald’s, Sony, and MillerCoors, she is perfectly placed to help evolve The Mill’s production offering in Chicago.

In addition to her commercial work, Jenny is highly involved in the industry’s diversity and inclusion initiatives, championing a more inclusive industry with Free Spirit Media, the LGBTQ National Business Associations and producing content for the 2016 Hillary Clinton for America campaign. She’s also been instrumental in AICP Midwest’s success.

Erica Hilbert, Managing Director, comments “We’re delighted to have Jenny join us. She is a force to be reckoned with and brings her unique expertise not only from a live-action and post-production standpoint but within her dedication to relationship building — all cornerstones of The Mill.”

Jenny will be working alongside the studio’s three other EPs: Peter Hullinger, Blake Nickle and Brian Smego. She’ll be focused on forging relationships with creative production company partners and expanding the company’s reach in Chicago and beyond.

She adds, “I’m very excited to work at The Mill. Many of the artists and employees have been my friends for years. The Mill has always felt like a second family to me and their work is simply stunning. What really drew me in was the opportunity to work with the two women at the helm: Tracey Khan, now Head of Production and Erica Hilbert, the studio’s Managing Director. They’re strong leaders and inspiring women that have a real vision. For me, they represent a new era at The Mill in Chicago and I couldn’t be more honored to be a part of their team.”

The Mill is a full-service creative production studio. Combining artistry, craft and technology, it partners with agencies, production companies, and brands to deliver content and experiences that reach global audiences.
