Long established in the Chicago production community, Jenny Lumpkin, has made a move.
A BIG MOVE — She’s off to NYC, taking on the newly created position of Director of Production with Laird and Good Company.
Based in New York with an office in London, the female owned, Laird and Good Company, represents an impressive roster of artists and creatives from across the globe “to deliver one creative vision and experience.”
In her new role, Lumpkin intends to strategically grow business and sales for the global production division and further develop new and existing directorial talent, specifically within broadcast and film.
“I have watched the industry evolve and see the need for a multidisciplinary approach in today’s landscape.” explains founder Sarah Laird. “Offering production in addition to our roster felt like a natural response. By bringing everything under one roof, we aim to simplify our client experience and nurture our talent’s creative vision.”
Based in New York City, Lumpkin will further solidify Laird and Good Company at the forefront of the integrated marketplace by bringing to life innovative opportunities and teams that expand the agency’s offering — including live-action, post production, and CGI services.

Most recently Lumpkin was an Executive Producer at The Mill. Previously she worked for Quriosity Productions, Post & Photography out of Chicago and Los Angeles. Select clients include Meta, PepsiCo, Sony, Dua Lipa, Toyota, Anheuser-Busch, McDonalds, Tropicana, Capital One, Nintendo, Subway and many more.
Although she now lives in NYC, Lumpkin admits she will be back in the windy city every other month or so. “I’m missing my people there!”
