JAY SUKOW of Group Mind Films (“American Legacy”) begins eight days of principal photography Oct. 31 on the company’s second feature-length comedy.
The new film is “Trubadeaux: A Restaurant Movie,” the story of two restaurateur brothers whose partnership is tested when one brother fixates on becoming a TV star. They’re shooting at Edgewater Beach Caf?.
Writers are Sukow, John Berka and Todd Wojcik stars with Duane Toyloy, Jyo Minakawa, Sharon Kom, Linda Orr, Sukow, Sarah Soskin, Fidel Martinez, Bill Boehler, Rex Graff, and Mike Stephen, and a cameo by James Beard Award winner Mike Sheerin. Music by the SDS Trio. See
