ERNIE HUDSON (“Oz,” “Ghostbusters”) stars in Phil Donlon’s racially charged dramatic short “The Man in the Silo,” which shoots in Los Angeles and Downstate Illinois in September from Donlon’s Under the Influence, Inc. Hudson plays a businessman caring for his wife’s vengeful grandmother.

Casting director Jane Alderman (“The Straight Story”), who recently returned to acting with stage appearances in “Funny Girl” and “The Vagina Monologues,” co-stars. Also starring Doug Jones (“Hellboy”) and Jodi Shilling.

Donlon reunites with much of the same creative team behind his acclaimed shorts “Wrestled” and “A Series of Small Things.” Steve Ordower of Rhythm & Light is producer and editor.
