Those of you who remember my original Screen Magazine and the wonderful, eclectic staff, who made what we did so special, will be saddened to learn of the death of David Lee.
David, 47, who’d been a Screen salesman for seven years, died unexpectedly in Los Angeles, on Jan. 31.
