THE IFO’S “SHORTCUTS” CONTEST returns for the third consecutive year, to give Illinois filmmakers a showcase for their talent, “and to give the film office another tool to promote Illinois’ exceptional film industry,” says Illinois Film Office director Betsy Steinberg.
The winning film will receive a cash prize and will screen during the Chicago International Film Festival.
