Once editing is completed on the John Malkovich feature “Drunk Boat,” I-Cubed will utilize its new Nucoda Master Systems to conform, color correct and polish the film.
I-Cubed is one of the first U.S. companies?and the only one in Chicago?to purchase newly-developed Nucoda digital image workflow tools, said partner Mark Adler.
The Nucoda investment is estimated around $500,000, making it one of the post community’s more significant technology acquisitions in several years.
The Nucoda systems consist of digital conforming Film Cutter, color correction Film Master and grain, dirt and scratch DVO management.
