Horror film “King of the Dead” shooting weekends

EMIL HYDE of Massive Ego Productions (“The Landlord”) is shooting the horror film “King of the Dead” on weekends through December. They’ve shot eight of 23 days so far.

The story is about “a group of night-shift workers trapped in a museum with the spirit of an evil Egyptian sorcerer, who the staff archaeologist unleashed from a mummy,” Hyde says.

Lookingglass Theatre artistic associate Anthony Fleming III (“Prison Break”) plays the sorcerer and Kyra Morris is his “long-suffering slave/wife” whom he wants to “carry back to the underworld.”

Rom Barkhordar is the depressed security guard and unlikely leader of the museum workers.
