Hardpin, a leading creative agency renowned for its innovative storytelling, announces the promotion of Rashid Lamarre to the role of Head of Creative Development.
Known for his ability to craft compelling narratives and drive impactful campaigns, Rashid has been integral to Hardpin’s growth, working with clients such as eBay, the ACLU, and Caring Across Generations.
Rashid’s creative leadership on the Creative Care Council campaign earned a prestigious Shorty Impact Award, underscoring his ability to create content that inspires action.
In his new role, Rashid will lead Hardpin’s efforts to develop cutting-edge products and services that help clients reach their audiences across an increasingly fragmented media landscape. While the platforms for content consumption continue to diversify, Rashid remains committed to the timeless principle that powerful stories, effectively told, drive meaningful change. He will focus on delivering on this promise, nurturing client relationships, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Rashid began his career in New York, earning a BFA in filmmaking from the School of Visual Arts. He initially worked in post-production on projects for the History Channel and Oprah Winfrey before transitioning to production. At The Onion, he honed his skills in comedy, writing, producing, and directing branded content, including the award-winning “Crack That Pepper” campaign for Diet Dr. Pepper. Later, Rashid collaborated with The Mill on high-profile campaigns for Facebook and Toyota, further showcasing his creative versatility.
