On February 28, digital agency Fusion92 announced that they acquired San Antonio direct-to-door marketing agency, ADS Media Group. This is a measure both agencies feel will expand their independently-owned marketing footprints.
According to Fusion92 president and CEO, Matt Murphy, the deal brings together a winning integration of physical marketing – direct mail and door hangers – with digital. “We’re well positioned to continue to help growing businesses through integrated marketing which is one reason this merger is of interest to so many current and prospective clients.”
ADS Media Group will continue to operate out of its San Antonio headquarters’ but does plan to open a Chicago-based sales office. Current ADS Media Group President, Bobby Mahler, will continue in his current role and begin operating as a brand of Fusion92.
“Joining forces will fuel continued growth for our clients,” Mahler added. “Adding Fusion92’s core capabilities to our offerings will clearly differentiate our services in the marketplace. In addition, Fusion92 provides us with a platform to scale.”
Fusion92’s clients include H&RBlock, CBOE, FTSE Russell, and Fiserv. ADS Media Group has worked with Cricket Wireless, 7-Eleven, General Mills, Gold’s Gym and IKEA.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
