Paris Schutz, a seasoned journalist with nearly two decades of experience at WTTW, has been appointed as the new political reporter for Fox-owned Chicago station Fox 32 (WFLD).

With a deep understanding of the local Illinois/Chicago political landscape, Schutz is poised to bring insightful coverage to viewers and will also helm a weekly political show set to debut later this year.

“Paris is the perfect fit to tackle the complex local Illinois/Chicago political scene for our station, as he is a native Chicagoan who has spent the last two decades building a network of connections and proving himself to be a knowledgeable and dedicated journalist,” stated Sheila Oliver, senior vice president, and general manager of Fox 32.
