Fletcher Chicago will open a branch in Wisconsin’s first studio complex aiming for a June 1 opening

Wisconsin’s only studio complex is under construction and Fletcher Chicago has announced it will open a branch there.

Third Coast Studios, comprised of two former manufacturing plants located in a Milwaukee suburb, are undergoing renovation at an estimated cost of $5-$6 million and will be completed June 1, says developer and co-owner Darrick Dysland.

Fletcher Chicago plans on opening a camera rental branch in the new complex. Tom Fletcher says they want to be in place when movie and TV crews start showing up in Wisconsin to take advantage of what he calls the nation’s most aggressive film incentives.
