DARREN MARTINEZ and DECLAN RYAN of the non-profit Start Thinking Corporation are in New Orleans shooting the documentary “Hellp” about the efforts of New Orleanians to recover from Hurricane Katrina.
“The documentary will center around the Seventh and Ninth Ward residents, their struggle with police brutality and lack of help from FEMA and the Red Cross,” Martinez said. “It will be completed by November’s end and submitted to festivals.”
