Filament Post adds wattage to its creative light with the return of executive producer Carol Schwermin Govern, who brings with her six years of intense L.A. experience in high-end post and design.
Govern worked for Filament owner/editor Bruce Frankel for nine years before departing for L.A. in 1999, following her marriage to writer/director Mickey Govern.
Working in high-end environments in L.A., Govern was surrounded by creative and cutting edge talent. She feels it would very convenient to bring “a new level of creativity and a new way of doing editing, effects and graphics to Chicago.”
